I have booked onto a course but now I can’t attend.

Due to the small group sizes, we maintain a strict policy regarding the number of students allowed per weekend session. This ensures the training is highly interactive and provides a personalised, one-on-one experience.

As a result, course fees and places are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend the course you originally booked and wish to join a future session, you will need to register as a new participant by booking online again.

In exceptional cases, we may consider transferring your booking to another course date, but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Such an arrangement requires mutual agreement between you and OMT Training, and there is no guarantee that a transfer will be possible. Additionally, we are under no obligation to offer this option.
